The transaction strengthens Longwave's growing presence in Washington State, following its January 1, 2026 merger with Spectrum, a Bellevue-based planning and investment advisory firm.

Maris Galins built MG Financial over a 30+ year career around a simple but demanding philosophy: that genuine financial planning is personal, time-intensive, and built on trust. As he considered his next chapter, he undertook a careful and deliberate search for a successor - one he was confident could honor what he had built.
